  • This class is all about laying the groundwork for a solid Pilates practice. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to reconnect with the basics, we’ll focus on the essential reformer exercises, emphasizing alignment, breath, and form. While we slow the pace to refine your technique, you’ll still feel the burn and build strength. A perfect starting point for anyone new to Pilates, or those who need to slow down and get back to the core of the practice.

  • Fuel your fitness with this heart-pumping, HIIT-inspired class. We begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by intense cardio rounds that will get your heart racing, repeated throughout the session for maximum impact. In between, we’ll target both the upper and lower body with focused reformer flows, adding in some challenging core work to keep you engaged. This high-intensity workout is designed for those ready to take their fitness up a notch, sweating it out from start to finish.

  • Our signature full-body workout that combines strength and flexibility with precision. In this class, we’ll blend classical reformer Pilates with creative, dynamic flows designed to challenge your endurance and form. Each movement will be intentional, aiming to refine your technique while strengthening your body. This class always ends with the relaxing and restorative legs in straps cool-down, so you’ll leave feeling strong, aligned, and centered.

  • This is our slow-burn, strength-focused class where deep muscle work is the name of the game. Using dumbbells and the reformer, we’ll challenge your strength with unilateral exercises, heavy spring settings, and intense core work. Expect a slow, controlled pace to really target each muscle group and push your limits. Ideal for building muscle and joint strength, this class has low impact but will leave you feeling the burn long after you’re done.

  • Did you know the reformer isn't just for sweating and feeling the burn? It also gives the most beautiful, suportive base for a deep stretch. Unwind & flow through stretches to lengthen & release tight muscles. Special focus on hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors & spinal mobility - say farewell to all the day to day pain & stiffness you feel! Always ends with some breathwork and relaxation so you'll leave feeling like you're floating on a cloud.
